genU Training - Supporting U to Support Others
genU Training is a nationally recognised, not-for-profit RTO with strong expertise in alcohol and other drugs, mental health, disability and community services. As part of a community services provider, genU is values-driven and focused on building workforce capability to support people with complex needs.
This session will showcase how genU Training supports workforce development in the NT, with a focus on training pathways relevant to the AOD sector and clinical staff. It will highlight flexible learning options suited to remote and frontline work, including accredited qualifications, micro-credentials and professional development opportunities that support skill-building, retention and career progression.
The session will be presented by Katherine Saheed, Business Development & Strategic Growth Manager, and will focus on practical, job-ready training that strengthens culturally responsive and integrated practice across the AOD workforce.
