Venture Housing Company is a Tier 1 not-for-profit Community Housing Provider dedicated to increasing social and affordable housing in the Northern Territory. Established in 2011 to address housing stress among low- and moderate-income groups, we provide secure, affordable rental homes that enable Territorians to thrive and contribute to their communities. We advocate for social and affordable housing, raise awareness about homelessness, and reinvest all surpluses into expanding housing supply, ensuring that access to safe, affordable homes is never a barrier to living in the Territory.
