Charles Darwin University is offering mental health first aid training at the CDU campus monthly until the end of the year. 

Sessions run over two days, 9AM-4PM and cost $250 per participant. 

LEARN PRACTICAL FIRST AID SKILLS

• Recognise common mental health problems
• Provide initial help using a practical, evidence-based Action Plan
• Seek appropriate professional help, and
• Respond in a crisis situation
