National Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder Strategic Action Plan evaluation

Deakin University are currently reviewing the Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD) Strategic Action Plan (2018-2028) and want to hear the experiences of those healthcare workers, service providers, and researchers that are proposed to benefit from this Plan. All responses are welcome, regardless of whether you have received a lot of information, or no information at all, about the FASD Strategic Action Plan. We are interested in your views as an individual, not your views as part of an organisation, regarding the implementation of the FASD Strategic Action Plan so far. This will allow us to determine what aspects of the Plan have been impactful, and what areas need greater focus moving forward.

This online survey is completely voluntary and anonymous, and should only take 5-10 minutes to complete. Your choice to participate or not will not impact on your relationship with any organisation or with Deakin University. This study has received Deakin University ethics approval (reference number: HEAG-H 197_2021).

If you are interested in taking part in this survey, please visit this link: This will take you to the Plain Language Statement for this research project, which will provide more detail about what is involved in this study. You can then decide whether you would like to take part in the survey. You can also go into the draw to win 1 of 10 $50 Coles e-vouchers upon completion of the survey.

If you have any questions after reading the Plain Language Statement, please do not hesitate to contact the research team as they are more than happy to answer any queries. Dr. Dominique de Andrade:
