COVID-19 Update from NTG Department of Health

Could you please inform Mental Health Alcohol and Other Drugs Branch (MHAODB) if any clients, staff or visitors at your facility becomes unwell with any of the identified COVID-19 symptoms (image below) in comparison to a Cold or the Flu.

If you suspect a serious case of a client, staff member or visitor feeling unwell or showing COVID-19 symptoms, please follow the correct required actions and please inform the Senior Director MHAODB on 8999 2623 or Mobile 0409 163 606. The National advice hotline for information on coronavirus is 1800 020 080 (hotline is open 24 hours, 7 days).

Could you also complete an incident report (attached) and send to the relevant Service Development Officer, Myself (Rushan.fernando@nt.gov.au) and Ben Mcdonald (Ben.Mcdonald@nt.gov.au).
