CORP: Performance Management Coaching Service

CORP has developed a targeted Performance Management Coaching service to assist your Managers, Team Leaders and Supervisors.

This outcomes-based coaching framework is designed to provide education and guidance for supervisory staff who need to manage a current performance issue.

This service is practical & outcomes-based, and structured in alignment with Fair Work Australia best practice:

  • One-on-one coaching with an experienced CORP Consultant
  • Identify the difference between “performance management” and “managing poor performance”
  • Explore/unpack current performance issues
  • Identify options to address behaviours
  • Develop a step-by-step Action Plan

Your Performance Coaching session can be facilitated either face-to-face or online, with an initial session allocation of 1.5hrs.

Follow-up sessions are also available, for any particularly tricky situations that may require additional consideration/further discussion.

For the month of July we are offering a special introductory discount of 50%* for this service.

*Discount applies to clients who participate in a 15-20min follow-up telephone call approx. 1 week after their coaching session to provide customer experience feedback. Discounted sessions are limited.
