The webinar will feature a facilitated interdisciplinary panel discussion of a case study. The panel will comprise of Professor Elizabeth Elliott, Dr. Sara McLean and Sue Miers in a discussion with Daniel Moss - Emerging Minds’ Workforce Development Manager. Read more about the panel.

Learning Outcomes

The webinar will discuss the relationship between social, community and service factors and child wellbeing for families living with FASD. FASD will be explored from the perspectives of a pediatrician, a psychologist and a parent.

  • Describe how fetal alcohol spectrum disorder affects children and families across the lifespan
  • Describe best practice support and referral processes for children and families living with fetal alcohol spectrum disorder
  • Identify the relationship between social, community and service factors for children and families living with fetal alcohol spectrum disorder
