15 Jun. 2021 to 10 Aug. 2021
Where:
Online

Starting: Tuesday 15th June, 12pm-2pm (via Zoom)

SMART Recovery Australia is providing free support sessions for family members, friends, carers and supporters of people who use methamphetamine.

The sole aim of the program is to improve your quality of life, coping skills and support system. It is about getting you to regain control of your own life.

We do this through 8 weekly sessions dedicated to: enabling and enhancing coping, improving resilience and wellbeing, finding the motivation to change, engaging in self-care, challenging thinking and communicating assertively.

We will be running the 8 week sessions throughout the year, with the next one commencing Tuesday, 15th June: 12pm-2pm (weekly for 8 weeks).

The course has a 10 person capacity, so be sure to reserve your place quickly. We will be announcing further dates later in the year.

We are working alongside the University of Wollongong in order to improve and evaluate the effectiveness of our service and program. We are looking for participants who are willing to complete a series of questionnaires before and after the program.
