BushMob is seeking a passionate and experienced Counsellor & Therapeutic Facilitator to join the team in our youth Residential Alcohol and Other Drug (AOD) Rehabilitation Program.

The position includes a demonstrated ability to deliver high quality, evidence-based and culturally appropriate counselling interventions to young people aged 12-25 years in both individual and group settings. You will be working within a trauma informed therapeutic system, have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to develop strong relationships with young people, their families and stakeholders.

The position requires:

· Appropriate qualifications in a counselling-related field.

· A current NT C Class manual driving license.

· An NT Working with Children’s Ochre Card.
