Central Australian based Operational Manager - NTAHC

The Northern Territory AIDS and Hepatitis Council (NTAHC) is seeking applications from a suitably qualified and experienced individual to drive our organisation’s programs and services in Central Australia.

We are a non-profit organisation providing a diverse range of services to the community which include HIV and Hepatitis support, information and education; a Harm Reduction Program; a Sex Workers Outreach Program (SWOPNT); Community education and Trainings; Health Promotion; an LGBTI Living Well program.

The successful applicant for the Central Australian based Operational Manager position will be responsible for Human Resource management, Strategic Management Alice Springs Programs, Workforce development and education delivery, Service Administration and Development, and Stakeholder engagement and advocacy.

Position Aims: To co-ordinate, manage and to facilitate the strategic growth of NTAHC programs delivered across Central Australia.

Selection Criteria: To competently perform in this position, the person needs to possess the following knowledge, skills and experience. Appointment will be based on experience, merit and ability to meet criteria as outlined below
