The role of Senior Consultant provides project leadership and will contribute to:

· Project design and methodology

You are

You have

· PhD or equivalent

· A background in an area of practice/intervention related to alcohol and other drugs or mental health

· A high level of understanding and knowledge of the health sector, in particular, the alcohol and other drug and mental health sectors and their operations

· Proven experience with project managing complex projects

· A demonstrated ability to navigate and negotiate with clients to resolve complex issues

· Ability in leading multiple complex projects with skills including: dynamic risk management, contract management, project costing and budgeting, resource allocation, team management, identifying business development opportunities

· Demonstrated knowledge and skills in a range of different program methodologies

· Demonstrated ability of the development and implementation of a range of methodologies

· Demonstrated ability in the development delivery, and facilitation of complex meetings, discussions, consults, and presentations

· Demonstrated ability in the production of complex engaging written products using clear, concise and appropriate language

· Demonstrated knowledge of the complexities of the Health sector

· Proven ability in analysis of multiple complex data sets

· Experience with in-depth proposal and tender writing

· Exceptional client relationship skills with a proven ability to negotiate with clients and external partners to ensure projects remain within scope and budget

· Exceptional organisational skills showing responsiveness and the ability to prioritise your workload

· Proactive

· Exceptional attention to detail

· Exceptional communication skills

· Demonstrated ability in problem-solving

· Critical thinking ability

· Ability to follow through and own outcomes

· Adaptable

· Proficient in the use of Office products and templates

The fine print

360Edge is a fully remote team, so you need to be comfortable and productive working independently from home or a remote office. Our team is based around Australia and New Zealand. Some interstate travel may be involved.
