Date:
16 May. 2024
Where:
Darwin

The Association of Alcohol and other Drug Agencies NT (AADANT) is the peak body for non-government alcohol and other drug treatment services in the Northern Territory. We represent over 20 member organisations.

To coincide with our annual drug and alcohol forum in May 2024, AADANT will be holding the fourth annual NT AOD Awards to recognise the sector's hard work. This will be held May 16th at the Darwin Hilton.

This year, we are requiring nominators to share their contact details.

AADANT is also pleased to annouce the significant and remarkable contribution of Carole Taylor, former CEO of DASA in Alice Springs. The Carole Taylor Advocacy Award will be presented to a nominee showing outstanding and unwavering dedication and positive influence to the NT AOD Sector. This person must be working with or partnered with an NGO AOD service.

Please read all the award criteria carefully before nominating a worker or organisation. All fields must be completed or the nomination will be incomplete and will not be able to be presented to the panel for consideration.

All entries must be completed by Friday 15 March 2024.

These nominations will be taken to a panel of two or more external organisations to AADANT, membership excluded, to determine the award recipients. The more information you provide in your nomination, the easier it will be for the panel to accurately assess the nomination.

If you have any questions about the nomination process, please contact Katie Flynn Coordination and Communications Manager on project@aadant.org.au or call 08 8166 2446
